Q: How do I know if the wireless CarPlay adapter is compatible with my car?
A: If you have wired Apple CarPlay installed in your car, this product is fit for your vehicle. To know the compatible device, you can also find the right information on the CarPlay website or ask your car dealer. 

Q: Disconnection?
A: After connection, the phone's Wi-Fi will be occupied by the wireless CarPlay program. Dropped connections are usually caused by Wi-Fi interference. You may need to ignore other Wi-Fi networks when using the adapter. 

Q: Can the adapter be paired with multiple phones?
A: YES. It can be paired with multiple phones, but only one device can be connected at a time. When pairing it with a new phone, please cancel the current connection first. By default, it will only auto-connect back to the last used phone. 

Q: Audio input or output issues?
A: Please check your phone's Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, please ignore other auto-connected Bluetooth devices.
